The show that barely has enough time to fit in comments from judges Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Paula Abdul has just added a fourth judge - Kara DioGuardi. For those of who thinking "Kara who?" let's start with a bit of her resume. Kara, who is 37, has a production company that has produced hits for Kelly Clarkson, Pink, Carrie Underwood, Gwen Stefani, Faith Hill, Celine Dion, Christina Aguilera and most recently David Archuleta. Executive producer Cecile Frot-Coutaz says that the original idea was to have four judges on the panel. Kara says that she has watched the show and disagreed with every judge at some point, but most often she finds herself agreeing with Simon.
