Accounts  News   Interactive    Collective     Contact  Prince sued for not promoting perfume curlio     2008-11-18 17:23:23 Billboard       Music legend Prince is being sued by fragrance maker Revelations for breach of contract. Revelations made a deal with Prince and his music publishers Universal Music Publishing Group to produce two perfumes that would be promoted by Prince. In exchange Universal would get 50% of the net profits. Unfortunately there has been no promoting by Prince. Revelations want $100,000 for his failure to cooperate with the promotion. Prince hasn't commented, but Universal says the claims are "without merit." They are named in the suit as well.
