Michael claims to be too sick to travel and testify

Michael Jackson is claiming to be too sick to travel to testify in the lawsuit brought against him by a Bahrain Sheik. Sheikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa is claiming that Michael failed to produced music that was promised to him. Michael's lawyer Robert Englehart says that the pop star is too sick to travel to London to testify in the case. "It would be unwise for him to travel, given what's he's got now," lawyer Robert Englehart said, declining to elaborate "for the obvious reasons."Sheikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa's lawyer, Bankim Thanki, said the medical evidence presented by Jackson's legal team was "very unsatisfactory" and Jackson's illness could be treated with a bandage "if the diagnosis is positive."
Thanki also pointed out that Michael has played the sick card before to get out of legal problems.
The judge will rule on the issue on Thursday after giving medical experts on both sides time to talk.
