The incident happened in Ohio in May of 2006. Hosea and his brother Padron were in a Jeep chasing the van that T.I. and his entourage were in. A shootout led to the death of Johnson. T.I. testified that he believed the shots were meant for him. He also talked about telling Johnson's mother and daughter that Johnson was gone.
