You're a washed up heavy metal band so what do you do for more money?
You sue a comic book company that you think is using "confusingly similar" title on their books and other products. According to a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court, the Number Of The Beast hitmakers are suing American firm Iron And The Maiden, LLC in a bid to stop them using the "confusingly similar" title on their books, video games and assorted merchandise. 
Another useless lawsuit in my opinion, as if the name "Iron And The Maiden, LLC" name can be confused with "Iron Maiden". If the band would check their trademark they would discover they have it as "Iron Maiden" and not as "Iron <set of other words> Maiden"
