Jennifer Lopez has sued her former ex, Noa, for $10 million and is also seeking a court order that would prevent Noa from releasing the tape.

Lopez and Noa were married for 11 months in 1997. She claims he's violating a prior confidentiality agreement.

She has sued Noa before in 2007 because he wanted to publish a book (written by a ghost writer) which would have told everything that happened in their relationship. She won that battle and Noa wasn't allowed to publish the book but was ordered to pay $545,000 instead.

	she is in the company of oprah, tom cruise and how many other celebrities? they have their lives and take great efforts to maintain their privacy. this comes with being a celebrity, where the fame and money are only part of the deal. as for this, a binding agreement that precludes its release, we'll see.
