 $400 Billion lawsuit against Bon Jovi is back in court dusty

Money Matters In 2008 Samuel Bartley Steele, clearly someone that is out for money sued Bon Jovi, Time Warner and MLB (Major League Baseball).

Reason for the lawsuit was that Mr Steele said that his song "(Man I Really) Love This Team" was copied by Bon Jovi and they based their song "I Love This Town" on it.

A judge decided that the two songs were not very similar.
Mr Steele has now appealed.

It really sounds like the artist is just very sour that he isn't getting a hit out to the big world and thus is suing for an amazing amount of $400,000,000,000. ($400 Billion)

Bart Steele is a parasite - trying to suck money from music megastars Bon Jovi. $400 billion is laughable and frankly, asking so much in itself is cause to think Steele is not a sensible, reasonable man with a true case.
