Beyonce currenly makes up to $4.7 million for working only 10 days a year for L'Oreal, a company that creates products for hair care. Beyonce, however, must inform L'Oreal of any radical changes done to her hair and keep it in perfect condition.
Beyonce can't go near Revlon of Clairol products and must maintain "approximately the same physical appearance and health."
Also in the contract, it states that L'Oreal has the right to inspect Beyonce's hair, but only after giving her two weeks notice.
Those are some pretty strict regulations Beyonce must follow to be L'Oreal's spokeswoman. I'm sure in the end it's worth it though, at least for that kind of money.
That's sad. Would if she wanted to change a hair color? Thats an act of contolling what a person does. Well I guess if the money is right then why not?!

EVerybody thinks that just b.c. you are a black woman and you don't agree with Beyonce's tactics on unnatural weaves, that you are a "hater". Beyonce is just plain fake and unnatural. She's bleaching her skin, and appears whiter and whiter everytime you see her. It's like the more successful she becomes, the lighter her pictures become. IT's pretty scary.

If Bee is advertising and making money for hair that dont even apply to most black women so what. You black women brought that on your selves. If you want to start getting recognition for your own hair then start wearing your own darn hair and with out the chemicals. When you level your self to the white man beauty standards they will never have respect for what is your own. Tha is why rastas and people with natural hair will find it hard to fit in the "upper society"; your own men dislike you (that is why some love then the white women) so you always rejected. Beyonce's hair looks fabulous!!! When I was trying to find nice hair extensions, the first name I logged in the computer was "Beyonce's hair". She is gorgeous, too. I just wonder how they can die her natural hair so light and relax it at the same time, without excesive breakage. I will kill to find out everything they use and do on her hair. I find it awesome that a black sister is making so much money with what is considered to be our least attractive feature.

By giving her the hair ads it seems that white america thinks the only time black women have beautiful is when its fake. there are plenty of black women with long natural hair and beyonce only cares about making money, not representing us. if they wanted a celebrity endorsement, they could use Alicia keys. she has long real hair!

Beyonce's hair looks a complete mess when it's curled, it looks like she uses the biggest curlers she can find. She needs to stick to straight hairstlyes. Beyonce also looks much prettier with light brown hair instead of that blonde stuff, every time I see her she's more blonde. I'm not sure what type of weave she wears, but it looks natural as hell. When DC first came out Beyonce's mama use to do they hair...............thats wen it was frizzy, nappy and lookin a mess. Now thats she got more money she can afford the good stylist and good weave. I saw on VH1 that she dropped 50,000 on her tracks before!!!!

I am a young and attractive black women and I have to be honest at times I find myself wishing that I were as blessed as Beyonce. There has been times when I have found myself making little comments about her, but I had to check it bcuz inside I knew that I envyed her and that is where the negative remarks were coming from.Beyonce is a very talented, gorgeous and down to earth woman and come on people she does have it going on! So WHAT if she wears a weave! She dresses nice and stays in shape too! It's all about appearance, the look of beauty; embracing it and enhancing it! In some way we all embrace and enhance ourselves. I really don't understand the hooplah over this chicks hair. Yes it may be unnatural, but to keep it up, it's her job. When you go into the music indusrty, you have to maintain a certain image. Call it selling out if you want, but if you wanna make that money, you have to uphold a certain image to sell. There are numerous people that research things like this and right now the style Be has and is rocking, it sells. Think about it, at your job you have a certain job description and as long you adhere to it you get what? You get paid. She is only trying to make a living. That's apart of her job. So as long as she is employed by the music industry and by Loreal, she will have to do what she has to do.

Is it really being honest to have a spokesperson for your hair product that doesn't use their own hair? Beyonce' needs to come clean and do a commercial without the weave so that we can see that her "real" hair can take that product or not Everyone knows that her hair is fake just look at her Me, Myself, nd i video, she cuts her weave now you tell me Were we suppose to believe that she was cutting the hair she was born with?
