An in-store appearance with rapper Kanye West was cut short on Saturday after a fight between a fan and a security guard broke out.
West was rushed from the scene, and escorted out the back door of FTK, a new urban boutique located in Fresno, California. The producer had been signing autographs for just over 40 minutes when the store's grand-opening event was cut short by the fracas.
Once the doors were locked, authorities spent over 30 minutes trying to disperse the crowd of 1,000 people that had gathered in the parking lot of the store. It is also still unknown as to what exactly occured between the fan and guard.
I find it stupid how so many fights break out between rap artists and fans of rap music. One person ruined the entire event for all the other people who showed up, leaving many of them disappointed. Why can't they all act like mature adults?
Not just rap though. What about when Guns and Roses (everyone prob remembers hearing about this), particuarly Axl left a concert b/c of one person with a camera? Well, not only did he leave, but he jumped in the crowd and beat the guy up! To make matters worse, the crowd broke into a riot!
Btw, Axl claims that there were more security problems than just the camera.
