The B!TCH is back!
Last week, I received the best compliment ever, when Blaze stated that I had an addiction form of prose! Like Dilana, this makes me a little scared, because I have to live up to certain expectations now! Though frankly, I have noticed that on this site, people are really intelligent and frankly, one cannot get away with mediocre recaps without them noticing! I found one thing a little funny that people say that television killed the art of reading and now it is because of the television that we are back to reading! Ironic, don’t you think?
Curlio states that she is grateful and I am thinking – I am the one who should be grateful, because all said and done – I love this gig!
After all that…
Let’s start the show!
Fourth week on Rock Star Supernova!
Brooke Burke Voiceover –
As we all know last week on performance night – Magni nailed Stone Temple Pilots and received compliments from Supernova – Tommy Lee went Magni-ficent!
Also on the performance night – Jason Newsted joined Phil Ritchie on 'White Rabbit' – insiders state that Phil was a little injured, when Jason head-butted Phil!
Josh Logan fought for 'Come As You Are' and decided to go acoustic! As AJ rightly pointed out, he sounded like Kermit the Frog! I must add his nasal interpretation also reminded me of a broken kazoo! Although AJ observation made me cackle like a hyena – I must admit I love Kermit the Frog!
Ok, I must share this –
What do you get if you grab one green ball in one hand and other green ball in other hand?
Kermit the Frog’s undivided attention!
Sorry, I know… but I doubt if I can ever share this any other time! So I saw an opening and inserted the joke!
Thank your stars – I am not going, “Knock – Knock!”
Coming back to Josh – Dave Navarro told Josh to change his style to a heavier ugly rock!
Jenny Galt AKA Barbie Groupie™ (or as someone stole Curlio’s trademark and changed it to My First Rocker Barbie) gave a performance best suited on a stage at Lilith Fair as opposed to Ozzfest! In Brooke’s words – Jenny’s vocals were more pretty than gritty!
Dana Andrews AKA Skipper™ received the worst critique from Gilby Clarke as she failed to Rock, stating that he just couldn’t see it! Tommy thought he was at Celine Dion Extravaganza!
Back at the Mansion:
Ryan Brooding Star decided to be a judge with Toby Rand and Lukas Rossi AKA Skunk Boy™ AKA Eddie Munster™ AKA Clint Howard™ AKA Shaka™ (Wow, that’s what I call popularity! Thank momROCKS!) Ryan Star thought Dana should be on American Idol, because she is good as a pop star, but unsuitable for Rock!
On the Elimination Night
Dana decided to confront Ryan and called him a spineless individual, who could not give an honest critique on her face! Ryan furthered that he was embarrassed to see her competing on this show! Dave was shocked and the hecklers heckled Ryan – too bad, I wasn’t around to kick his behind!
Magni, my favourite dude got an encore and in his Bono shades – he nailed the song again – unlike Toby – and Supernova guys were more than pleased!
Brooke revealed the Bottom Three
Jenny – Barbie Groupie, Dana – Skipper and Josh – Kermit!
After the performances – Dana was told that she was safe – Ryan was devastated by Supernova’s decision – I was amazingly happy! Josh also was safe and Jenny was asked to leave!
Somewhere, Curlio was experiencing multiple orgasms! Curlio was so pleased to see her leave that I know for a fact that she did a small victory dance!
I think that Dilana must have been crushed – As she and Jenny shared a nice friendship! – But it was not as evident! It was obvious that Dana Andrews as well as Storm Large were devastated! Especially Storm, who was literally crying!
Jenny Galt left the competition with tears in her eyes and confidence of leading a life with more risks!
I personally had no opinion about Jenny – she was so under the radar that I hardly was affected!
I wish her the best though – she seemed like a nice person!
We are down to twelve – joy!
New Sensation! Look! There's Matt Hoffer! My Mattie! Sigh! Is it me or is this getting old?
Back at the Mansion:
I think Dilana says that they should raise a toast for Jenny! Dilana says that she is feeling great and she is not at all sad as she knows that Jenny would go places! And adds I love you mama! Seriously, show me one person, who does not like Dilana – I sincerely would love to hang out with her! She is personification of Coolness!
Everyone states that they love Jenny! It is a different story that no one really knows who really mean that!
Creepy Brooding Star is offended by the backbone / spineless comment by Dana!
He goes, “Yo!”
Dana goes, “What do you want?”
He goes, “I want to talk about the backbone comment!”
Dana counters, “What did you say?”
He goes, “I think you are pop, that’s what I said!”
Dana goes, “The problem with you is the fact that you give me opinions even when I don’t ask for it!”
Ryan goes, “I was honestly trying to help you, and I won’t help you again!”
Thank god for small pleasures!
Dana informs him that despite wanting to help her, he would not tell her on her face – he would critique in other room!
He says, “You have made it clear, you don’t want my help!”
She goes, “Next time, you want to trash talk about me, tell it on my face!”
He goes, “Fine!”
Why am I not surprised that I am reporting this!
Anyway, Dana informs us that Ryan told everybody on international television that she should not be on the show! She furthers that his opinion was not going to keep her there or send her home! She says matter-of-factly that such a decision would remain in the hands of Supernova! And she adds that those are the guys whom she listens to!
I like Dana! (Ducks) She is feisty and level-headed!
Next someone plugs in the guitar and starts jamming and the Rockers by the poolside get up to find the source of the music! Someone goes, “That sounds good!”
Zayra Alvarez - Nicole’s favourite gal opens the door and informs us that when she opened the door, she and other Rockers find Gilby playing the guitar – I am going to quote Zayra, I think it is really cute! And I quote, “We are all by the pool, then suddenly we hear this loud guitar, I just run and open the door and it was Gilby, making the loudest noise I have ever heard from an amp!” Unquote!
Ok, it sounds cute, when she says it!
Gilby finishes his set and everyone claps and someone states, “Yeah B!tch!” I bet it was Skunk Boy or Toby, because they use that term much more than me! Lukas states that he loved it!
After the claps die down, Gilby states that the Rockers would participate in the second clinic! And the clinic would be song-writing! Ok, time for a short playback:
On Rock Star INXS – This clinic changed the fate of J.D. Fortune! His rebellion endeared him to INXS and Mark Burnett had to change J.D.’s edit and interestingly, that is exactly the time I joined in to cover reality episodes! Ah, good days!
Ok, back to the present – I am a little surprised that this clinic featured so soon, but I think they would need a good song-writer, I mean I don’t think Supernova has that capability, because in the first reality episode, they were jamming without any lyrics – obviously, it makes sense that they are looking for a lead!
Anyway, Gilby continues that the Rockers would be hearing one of Supernova’s songs and would be writing the lyrics and melodies!
He then states that the Rockers would be split in three groups and the group leaders would be the three Rockers who received an encore! Thus explaining the fact – why Dilana didn’t receive an encore for Ring of Fire or Zombie!
Just in case y’all forgot – Dilana, Toby and Magni received the encore!
Dilana states that all the encores winners of last three weeks became the team captains, and she had the first pick!
Now, she says that it would be rocking if Lukas joined her team and I am going, “Are you nuts?”
However, she is not – she is extremely smart! Dilana explains that she chose Lukas because she wanted him break him away from Toby! She furthered by saying that she would prefer to keep Lukas closer to her than further away from her! Good call, gal-friend! Lukas goes, “Love you!” If only you knew Lukas!
Toby chose Phil! Ok, my gal likes him – she thinks he is cute! Nicole is shaking her head, remembering the creep from her past!
Magni zeroes in on Kermit™ - I mean Josh!
Dilana chooses Storm!
Toby picks Patrice Pike!
Magni decides on Jill Gioia!
Lukas on behalf of Dilana chooses Ryan!
Zayra is on Toby’s team!
And Dana goes to Magni as a default!
Dana explains that she was always picked last for baseball, so when it came down to Zayra and her, she knew she would be picked last! Typing pick, pick – I am reminded of Pickler! Yicks! Sorry Will!
Gilby goes,
“Alright guys man, its time man, go do it man, have a great time man!” I am not kidding!
First focus on Dilana’s Group!
Dilana states, “Close the door, we don’t want any spies listening to us!”
They play the track – Skunk wants it cranked up loud and while listening to the song – he starts jotting things down – now, not that I notice small things always – I saw Lukas’ nails and saw his chipped dark blue shimmering nail polish! Apply a fresh coat – you wannabe minion of Anti-Christ!
Dilana explains that it was weird to be sitting there, listening to the track and seeing Lukas jot down things! He starts bouncing ideas and lyrics – if y’all think I am going to listen to each and every word and then report – dream on! Not happening!
Dilana states that Lukas managed to come up with the first line of the chorus – Storm and Dilana kind of liked it! He continued with more lyrics – Storm – who would make an excellent groupie like Penny Lane of Almost Famous tries to support Lukas’ lyrics by snapping fingers! Ryan is useless!
Lukas states that the first thing he thought about was the chorus – as it is the most important bit!
Dilana and Lukas start jamming – remember – this is not the first time they collaborated – in the studio, they sang a duet! Anyway, it sounds rather nice and when they finish – Storm goes yeah – yeah and Lukas is like we nailed it with his pen and I stand corrected – he uses B-I-T-C-H more than me!
Dilana goes, “This is going to kick butt! I actually thought that within thirty minutes, we’d have our song done, it was like, yeah!” Ok, when such things are said – it comes as a forecast of something bad! And lo and behold, Skunk boy goes, “Do you guys mind if I…do you guys want beer or something!?” Oh! This will be interesting!
Focus on Toby’s Group!
Zayra listening to the song thinks that a part of the song sounds like a monster, which could be used positively – she is on the right track! Patrice humours her! Toby wonders what the group would come up with. Phil wants to add Scatting and Toby wants to be J.D. by including a megaphone! Phil goes that luckily, the group was open-minded and everyone realized that to be in a team, one has to compromise!
Focus on Magni’s team!
Magni goes that Supernova track was really good, it was a bluesy, Stones, Flash, Rock and Roll track! And he loved it!
Jill goes, I am thinking of something like Devil leave (?) Angels’ sing! Magni goes, “Please don’t write anything right now! Lets hear the track few more times!” Oh-oh!
Jill again interjects that she has the Angel – Devil thing on the slide! Magni explains that he has to hear the track for at least four – five times before he can write! And says that if Jill would wait for him and join him later – no offence, he adds!
Jill goes that she does not think like that – she does not have that thought process! She just writes and it pours out and it is what it is!
Magni goes, “I don’t give a rat’s *– I am just trying to figure out, how are we going to do this!” Magni honey – don’t poke the crazy!
Magni states that he does not think that people in his group had a lot of experience when it came to writing a song together!
Jill states in a voiceover that Magni wanted to hear the track many times and not analyse it so much! And she did not like that idea! Why should you? You know best Jill!
Josh tells Jill that he considers their group as the most level-headed one in the competition and states that things might not be going well in other groups!
Cut to Lukas!
He is asking his group about the progress! Dilana says that Lukas has a problem focusing and Lukas is shown leaving the team behind! Storm asks him where he was going – he says I don’t want to ruin other people’s focus, while they wrote the lyrics! And the skunk is getting drunk!
Skunk gate-crashes Magni’s group – who are having their session in the beer keg room! Skunk goes, “Hi Guys! I gave them whatever my input was and it’s all good!”
You know I hated J.D.’s sucking up, but in a weird way, I finally realize that his actions were result of passion and the awe he had for INXS! He aimed to please! J.D. never performed for himself, he performed for INXS!
When J.D. thought that Marty Casey and Jordis Unga were producing a mediocre number – he declared that they were supposed to write a song for INXS! And wrote an arguably better song that the two groups – Unfortunately, I hate Pretty Vegas – The very song that got him the gig!
Comparing J.D. to Lukas – I find J.D. million times better!
Anyway, back to Lukas,
Dilana states in voiceover that Lukas going in and out of the room and then coming back and going, “What’s going on babe? What are we doing man?” She goes, “If you didn’t leave the room, you won’t be asking us and breaking my focus!” Skunk is smoking by the pool!
We all have friends like Lukas – especially in schools – who in a group – act very enthusiastic and then after taking first step – decide that they have finished their part and it is our duty to complete the assignment! Just like Curlio hates blonde coven – I hate jerks like Skunk!
To quote Rosario from Will (not to be confused with our Will) & Grace, "Sleep with your lights on, white devil. Your time is coming." unquote!
In Magni’s camp
Dana informs that she has a verse and Magni and Josh ask her to sing it and Dana comes up with good lyrics – “Only you can bargain, your way to the sky!” Magni and Josh like her lyrics and they ask Jill for her input and Jill like a perfect b!tch goes, “I could really hear what you were saying!”
Magni goes, “This is never going to workout this way!” Jill goes, “I am trying to retain…” Magni goes, Seriously people, seriously!”
Magni states in a voiceover that he has recorded six albums with a band and he has collaborated with many people and wrote the songs together – so he knew who was being stubborn!”
Magni tells Jill, “No Offence Jill, what I am hearing from you, has absolutely nothing to do with what I would do with that song – absolutely nothing!
Exit Jill! I told you Magni don’t poke the crazy!
Magni and Josh call after her, asking her not to leave!
Jill!
Jill!
Skunk goes, “Oh – Couldn’t be on that team!”
Jill sits by the pool – working on her song lyrics!
Fade Out!
End of Part one!
Fade In!
Obviously, the second part has to start where the first part ended – in other words – Jill by the pool!
Jill tells Josh that she is trying to be creative and she does not need Magni’s comments! She states, she wants to compromise and working with the team! In a voiceover, she states that she thinks that she is one of the most focussed individual in the mansion! She does not be around people who are not as passionate as her! She tells Josh that she has tried making other people happy and that never really works!
Josh tells her that they would see what all they have and then make necessary changes! Thus soothing the Prima Donna!
Lukas again gatecrashes Magni’s session – all for beer! Magni informs Lukas that there is no beer left and he knew that fact fifteen minutes ago! They ask him to just leave! “Go Away!” they say! I would have preferred, “GET OUT!” Or would have quoted Rosario again and said, "Up yours, Count Drunkula."
Finally, Magni and Jill start working amicably and the song starts coming together and for a change Jill is happy! Josh informs that everyone did some harmonies and each of them had an input and everyone sang together and hence it became a group/team effort!
Great going Magni and co!
Team Toby
Patrice presses play button and erases the entire track! She goes, “I pressed the play and it was almost like I spilled the milk and I was like, ‘Oh My God!’”
Hey, don’t y’all miss Janice from Friends, when you hear “Oh My God”?
Phil goes, “Trice (loved it) erased the track accidentally, and I was surprised it wasn’t worse, because I heard there were bigger catastrophes in other rooms!”
Yeah – you guessed it – Skunk Boy!
Ok, here’s the deal – while it is true that one has to be good entertainer than a singer in Rock, I think you need more than just entertainment value!
Nicole had stated that Jim Morrison used to babble on stage when he was high! I agree, but at the same time – Jim was an excellent poet! Hendrix could burn the guitar – countless examples – my only point is you have to have more than just the entertainment value!
And Lukas does not have anything but the entertainment value! I could be wrong!
I have heard bad singing – but listening to Lukas was a torture as he was nearly drunk – Dilana looked pissed off and she whistled and asked him to cut, telling him, it was wrong! In a voiceover, Dilana said that her team was getting really frustrated with Lukas!
Dilana goes, “Good God Lukas – this is the last time, seriously!” Ryan is upset and I am on his side – imagine! Skunk goes, “We will record it one more time, as we already recorded it three times!” Ryan asks, “What are you going different this time?”
Ryan goes in a voiceover that if there was any time, when he felt like running out of the mansion’s gates – back to New York, it was that moment! Oh hush, don’t give me false hopes!
I think Lukas was drunk on beer! He said he was ready and started lending his vocal and after two lines, he failed! Storm stated that Lukas tried to sing the song – line by line – couldn’t do it, couldn’t do it, couldn’t do it!
Storm finally had enough and said, “I am sorry!” And asked him to give her the headphones and parting Skunk goes, “I wrote it, you sing it!”
Storm goes; Ryan and she were at their wit’s end! She continues that some of the biggest bands have their brawls, but they know how to finish! Storm decides to sing the song! I wonder why Dilana did not sing!
Oh yeah, there is one shot of Storm with a guitar – I kid you not – she looks like she is posing for Playboy! Oh and before I forget – I finally cracked it! Ryan Brooding Star looks like David Blaine on crack!
Next day!
Supernova is in da house!
Group Dilana takes the microphone!
Storm informs that although the song-writing was stressful and difficult – they could not wait to perform it for Supernova! Well, I must say, it sounded good!
Tommy Lee said he got goose-bumps and he went that’s it for him! Oh Tommy – wait and then some! Gilby was in seventh heaven – he went right on, right on guys! He was like y’all said y’all butted heads but when the chorus came – y’all performed in unison!
Tommy asked, “Who wrote the Chorus and Melody?” – Of course, the right answer is sober Lukas! Déjà vu, anyone?
Tommy was like, “Well done brother!” Oh and Dilana was not happy! Neither would I be!
Skunk goes, “Despite butting heads – sometimes it takes something to get to the heart of the song!” I have understood it this way, if he saying anything different please enlighten me, but I am not rewinding!
He had his moment and that’s enough for me!
Toby’s Team took the stage
Ball of Confusion is best way to describe their take! Dilana had this confused look on her face, when Zayra started the song with what seemed like an announcement! Jason Newsted said that Toby’s team was so eccentric – we see Phil singing! Jason says it was just corky enough to be entertaining! Tommy said that he was tripping and Supernova actually loved it!
Next up Magni and co!
Magni states that they went last and it was cool, because their song was the best! He says that his team gave everything they had! Jason loved the harmonies of Magni’s group and he called them fantastic! He also loved how the song had a gospel feel! Dana said that once they opened their mouths everyone’s jaws hit the floor! It was a very different take!
Tommy liked it! Jason goes; all the three songs came from different planets!
Gilby says that this clinic was important because Supernova can interact with the Rockers and tell them what they like and dislike!
Tommy states that there were many cool elements, but Supernova is not interested in bluesy genre as that’s not the direction they want to take!
Guys of Supernova were going to join the Rockers and party as well as jam with them later, so they’d know what direction Supernova is hoping to take!
Jason said that they had no expectations but the Rockers did an awesome job and it was time to party!
I personally heard very little of all the three songs, but they all sounded better than Stop/Go!
So they show us Shrimp Cocktail, Cheese and Crackers, Sushi to name a few and of course champagne! Phil said the spread was amazing! Well duh! Phil opens one bottle and someone states, “Mazel Tov!” And I thought only my friends and I do such things!
The Rockers who drink together – stay together! Ok, I am little jealous, they were doing shots – I so crave Tequila – Focus!
So the guys of Supernova and Rockers are getting familiar – Toby says it is nice to sit next to Tommy and interact!
Gilby states that his daughter plays the guitar and that he finds her adorable! Aw! Gilby gets brownie points for being a loving father! Nice!
Gilby gets more brownie points when he states that it is cool to hang out with the Rockers and know them as people!
And even more brownie points when he suggests that they go see a movie! Class!
Gilby announces that they were going to listen to the new tunes!
Brooding Star states that they were excited to hear the tunes and so does Skunk – he goes, “I heard the songs today and I got excited – here”!
(* = Hand on his heart!)
Storm says that the music sounds like top down, cold beer, rebellious, good times, like the essence of Rock and Roll!
We see all the Rockers listening and understanding the sound Supernova wants and Toby sums up that they (Rockers) finally realized what Supernova is all about!
End of part two!
Obviously, the last part is dedicated to Song Selections!
Rockers form a line and enter the Supernova room – it is hilarious – Storm – Let’s keep the children in a line!
With Song Music Sheets on the board – Phil discovers a letter, Storm states that it is from Gilby!
Gilby writes,
Alright guys,
Now that I’ve worked with you in the song-writing clinic, it is time for me to jam with one of you!
This week I’m gonna join one of you on stage.
So whoever chooses Brown Sugar gets me!
Be Cool!
Gilby
Phil states in voiceover that it will be really cool for whoever gets to play with Gilby. He furthers that the other Rockers has no idea how cool it really is! He adds that just for the bragging rights – he wants to play with Gilby! Phil goes, “I don’t want to hog every member of Supernova!
This guy is funny! I like him – despite the fact that Nicole sort of ruined him for me! However, I don’t think he’d get the gig. Because he'd be more of distraction than a lead! Let’s face it, Rock Stars have no sexuality! And Tommy has more than a man’s crush on this one!
Focus on 'I, Alone' – It seems that Dilana wants the song, but Brooding Star states that he was dreaming for that song to be on the board and he informs Dilana that when he was fifteen, the very first performance he gave was at his high-school and the song was, 'I, Alone!' Ryan states that he needed that song – it was his!
Ryan who previously told Dana that he would not help her asks her what she is singing and she states that she is contemplating doing 'I, Alone' or Nirvana’s 'About A Girl!' Ryan states, “Think Nirvana!” Well, he kind of redeems himself – he tells her that About A Girl is her song and asks if they are cool! She states that she wanted to do Heart Shaped Box but Patrice got the song instead! Dana tells Ryan that she will take his wisdom because she was going to do that anyway! However, she missed the point that he saw danger sign, when he saw she had zeroed in on his first choice! Clever cookie, don’t y’all think? Anyway, they hug! Whatever!
Jill states that she likes White Wedding but she should stay away from wedding theme! I found that a little funny!
Storm wanted to cover 'Call Me' by Blondie to showcase her girly grit! However Zayra said that she needs the song to remain out of Bottom Three! Storm being the class act she is – gave her the song! Storm finally settles for Anything Anything – a song apparently only she knew!
Jill finally gets her way and gets 'Brown Sugar' and Gilby Clarke!
Zayra was pleased at the civilized way of song selection and she states that she is relieved!
Storm states that “Being a Rock Star does not mean you have to be a Prick or Arrogant” – Thousand Points to whoever – if they can tell me where the camera’s focus was!
Storm continues, “Being a Rock Star means that you can Rock!” Simple but insightful!
The third part ends with Patrice suggesting that they go and have a drink! Something I should do after finishing this!
The end credits show Jill rehearsing the song with the House Band and Gilby and she changes a key and Gilby goes, “You singers kill us! Do whatever is suitable for your voice!” Oh – oh!
Ok, here goes, the Top Twelve and their Songs this Week!
Last Name First!
Zayra Alvarez – Call Me (Blondie)
Dana Andrews – About a Girl (Nirvana)
Dilana – Time After Time (Cyndi Lauper) ~ I can’t wait to hear this!
Jill Gioia – Brown Sugar (The Rolling Stones)
Storm Large – Anything Anything (Dramarama)
Josh Logan – No Rain (Blind Melon) ~ I fear for him - another ballad!
Magni – Heroes (David Bowie)
Patrice Pike – Remedy (The Black Crowes)
Toby Rand – White Wedding (Billy Idol)
Phil Ritchie – One Headlight (The Wallflowers)
Lukas Rossi – Bittersweet Symphony (The Verve)
Ryan Star – I Alone (Live)
Ok, so who performed how? – What critique did they get? – Who featured in Bottom Three? (Well, I don’t think even Supernova knows that right now!) – Why am I asking these stupid questions!?
Well! That’s easy!
Come right back and read Curlio’s take on Performance Night and all the questions would be answered by our Queen Bee! And I mean that in the nicest way!
Before I sign off, I must add that on one other site, I read that someone has rearranged Supernova to Suave Porn – Brilliant anagram (am I right here?) I found it hilarious – but at the same time – I found Suave Porn a better name for this band and y’all know the exact reason!
So after a long torture I bid ye farewell till next week!
I am dedicating this to Dusty – whose words I sorely miss!
Cheers!

Eh, so much lite rock. Where's the GNR? Even some hairband would be better than Blind Melon.
Slim pickings for the rockers, but I think the following look promising:
Dilana and Time After Time
Zayra and Call Me
Magni and Heroes (I loveeeeee David Bowie)
The following look like a recipe for disaster:
Jill and Brown Sugar
Dana and Nirvana
Josh and No Rain
Until tomorrow!

I like Billy Idol's White Wedding so I will finally be able to make up my mind about Toby this week. This week will be the week he will make or break it for me personally.
P.S.: Eventhough I'm rather quiet this year I do read everything.

I'm starting to dislike Lukas and Ryan more and more every week. Perhaps I should stop reading the reality recaps and just watch the show. That gives me enough reason to dislike them.
As for Tommy, Gilby and Jason, I think each have had their fill of obnoxious brooding rockers (Axl, Vince, Lars) that they're not overly impressed by the antics of Lukas and Ryan. At least I hope they are that intelligent (as opposed to a certain group from last season who picked the most obnoxious person possible, though I dare not mention his name as he too has disgustingly overzealous fans)

Just another quick note about the show. I am kind of warming up to the 3 guys in SN but, not crazy about the head banging music. In the very first reality show I believe, Gilby or the producer guy said you know this is "not heavy metal" but a more versatile band. I don't know if they have dumped the producer or what or I the direction has changed.
I am drawn in so many ways, with the folks here! You have who is right for the band and who can sing and who can sing hard rock and who I like and dis-like and who's pretty and who has character, who's a posing phoney, ect........
I kind'a wish Paul McCartnery would do the show and pick the folks and write the songs, now that would be worth watching. (forward to Burnette)
My thoughts about the folks who seem like good people and pretty talented like Josh and Zayra, quickly assess and recognise that you are not going to fit in with the band. Sing such a fantastic song the TV audience will keep you around even thought SN tears you up. Build up you credability with the fans for the future and the possible eye of a producer. If you are tiger be the best darn tiger. I you are a pussy cat , well, stay away from skunk boy, he probably has a disease, at least *itus!!
Yes, Janice, where ever your are you lightened the world's load with your Jersey whiney-shrill Ohhhh MMyyyyyy Goooodddd!!
Sprout, you the man, no you.......... Will

Josh is so doomed. His Kermit voice will just be sooo annoying tonight. "No Rain" isn't exactly the ugly heavy rock song that Dave Navarro suggested.

Another itch to scratch with skunk boy! Don't you just despise the folks who don't have the humanity to understand that it is just plain tacky to ever be "too good for the room"!
I pray the NS guys take it to heart, I'd hate to see the a** h**** win.
Reminds me of folks who go up to service workers and ask, "Don't you know who I am?", Self important nits. Whew, I feel better, venting is sooo good for the soul! Will

Oh my gawd, Sprout! (said in the best Jersey accent I can achieve) This week I read your recap before watching the show, instead of back-arsewards as last week, and I had to hold onto my chair to keep from falling down I was laffing so hard! You are brilliant! Yes, yes, and I am quite addicted. (I even burned dinner, cuz I couldn't force myself to stop reading!!) I might just skip watching now, as you have told me all I need to know, and then some.
quote- I saw Lukas’ nails and saw his chipped dark blue shimmering nail polish! Apply a fresh coat – you wannabe minion of Anti-Christ! - endquote
love it... just love it... doubt the reality show can hold a candle to this...
I hope & pray that skunk boy goes home soon... or someone slips some ritalin in his beer at least! I just really hope that SN has more taste and intelligence then to put him thru to the end!!
I can't wait to hear Dilana sing tonight! I love that song, I love her... I'm so excited...and I just can't hide it... oh, wait, sorry, wrong material for this show.... ahem...

OK, Sprout, with your explanation of why JD walked out on song writing, I guess I understand him a little better...but why didn't he just explain that to the other contestants?, and not walk out in a huff? Was it not a team building lesson?
Back to this season: Blaze said: I hope & pray that skunk boy goes home soon... or someone slips some ritalin in his beer at least! I love your clever thoughts!
(random thoughts) I'm liking Magni more and more. Jill is starting to really grate on me, she is just so whiny!
Oh you know when SN is handing out praise, Lukas steps up to take all the credit. "who wrote the melody and chorus?", You know darn well if they didn't like it he would be spreading the grief to the whole team! He's still a jerk.
I like Josh...but I'm still not sure about him being with SN?
Can't wait for tonight....
