Unreleased Jimi Hendrix song to be auctioned

An unreleased Jimi Hendrix song is set to be auctioned off in October. The song, "Station Break," was written and recorded with Jerry Simon, president of the label that signed Hendrix during his solo career. Simon's widow, Celeste Simon, said that "Station Break" didn't resurface until 1994, when her husband was rummaging through a closet in the couple's home Woodstock, New York.
"Jerry stumbled across this old recording in the closet and realized that nothing had ever been done with this recording," she said. "It just slipped through the cracks." 
The money from the sale will go to Simon's widow and to the family of Jimi Hendrix.
