 Pilot hired by Tommy Lee facing jail time curlio

Legal Stuff A pilot who was hired by Tommy Lee to fly him and two others to a concert is facing jail time now. It seems that David Keith Martz landed the helicopter on a public road in front of a house in the Hollywood Hills. Officers warned the party that they couldn't do that, but two hours later they returned and landed again.
Martz was charged with one count each of reckless flying, landing an aircraft on a public road and landing an aircraft without a permit, Mateljan said. Martz was to be arraigned in Hollywood on Wednesday.
He faces up 6 months in jail for each chart and a $1,000 fine. Tommy meanwhile can be seen tonight (in just a couple of minutes actually) on Rock Star: Supernova. Tommy performed with contestant Patrice Pike last night, possibly leading her to be safe tonight.

OMG! why is the "spandex Queen" still in Rockstar Super Nova ? I'm sorry but she sucks. We laugh at every performance she HAS done. Someone might let her know the 80's BUTT ROCK is NOT where SuperNova is GOING ,I hope! She needs to be with Brittney Spears or someone like her they both suck A#S . The "soccer mom is not far behind, Ken (Toby) stop looking for Barbie and rock ! The winner should already be known ... Dilana or Storm if not this show is bogus.
