 Germany debating prosecuting Madonna for crucifixion curlio

Legal Stuff Prosecutors in Germany are debating whether or not to prosecute Madonna after her performance in Dusseldorf on Sunday. It seems that Madonna's mock crucifixion may be considered insulting to religious beliefs, which is a crime there.
German prosecutors are to monitor Madonna's concert to determine whether a mock crucifixion could be construed as insulting religious beliefs.

The segment of her tour where she appears on a cross wearing a crown of thorns has provoked controversy in several countries.
They will not send their own observers, but will rely on media accounts of the crucifixion. If Madonna didn't stop the crucifixion in Rome for the Pope, I doubt she'll stop just because the Germans want to prosecute her for it.
