That's right Michael Jackson has been summoned to pay $60.000 for the attorneys of his ex-wife, that is suing him for visitation rights with their children.
Rowe had sought $195,000 toward her attorney fees but Schnider declined, noting that she had received an $8 million divorce settlement.
"She has millions of dollars, so she should be able to contribute to her own fees," Schnider said.
The amount granted Rowe was reasonable and the judge left open the possibility that she can seek additional fees later, Rowe attorney Eric M. George said outside court.
First of all, if $60.000 was reasonable, why did they want $195,000 instead? In that case it seems to me that the whole lawsuit is just to get more money out of Michael Jackson than to get the actual visitation rights.
This is a truely f'd up thing. First she signs away her parental rights to these kids. Now she wants to see them??
I feel sorry for the kids in all this, they have a bioligical mother who's sole purpose was that she had fertile ovaries and a freakshow father. If these kids make it to adulthood without any serious issue's it'll be a miracle.
