Flavor of Love 2, Ep. 6: New York Cleans House

This episode of FOL picks up right where last week’s left off: the girls who survived elimination are introduced to m*tha-f*cking New York—Flav’s runner-up from last season, drama queen and all around b!tch. The girls are nervous as they learn she is here to help Flav make a decision about the next elimination. New York taunts the other women, letting them know that it will not be easy to win her admiration.

The next morning, the girls head downstairs to read their Flav-o-gram while New York spends a good amount of time in the bathroom, chain-smoking and getting herself prepped. The girls learn that they will be in a photo-shoot for the never-before-heard-of Urb magazine. New York will be directing the photo shoot and making sure they all look good. The girls are given new dresses and proceed to primp for the photo shoot. New York is finally ready and she starts yelling at them to hurry it up. She gives them a half hour to finish and then waits for them to line up downstairs. When Bootz is late, New York starts yelling at her and demanding an apology. Bootz yells back and demands an apology from New York because no one talks to her that way. New York tells us in a confessional that she never apologizes because she’s never wrong. Eyeballs proceed to roll across the country.

New York then inspects the girls. Here are her opinions:
--Nibblez is too trashy and she needs to wear a bra.
--Buckwild looks stupid with her white-trash center hair part.
--Delishis is acceptable.
--Beautuful doesn’t even warrant any comment.
--Buckeey gets an eyeroll and a complaint about her blue eyeshadow.
--Krazy’s dress is too big for her and her bra is hanging out.
--Bootz is finally acknowledged and told that her boobs are hanging out.
The girls go back up stairs to try again. Meanwhile, Bootz apologizes to New York for being late and they seem to make up. New York can respect a fellow b!tch.

Then it’s on to the photo shoot which seems to be going well. New York is calling out catty comments as the girls try to pose. She tells Delishus that she looks like a man (finally! Leave it to New York to call out a fellow tranny!) and tells Buckwild to give up trying to look sexy, it ain’t working for her. Then Krazy is chosen to do a one on one shoot with Flav and the all the girls (including New York) start to get jealous. When the shoot is over, once again the girls start attacking her for not being real. In particular, New York goes after Krazy, getting so upset that she knocks the chair that Krazy is sitting on. Flav walks into the fight and Krazy pleads her case, which Flav seems to agree with. This sends New York into hysterics and she walks out of the studio. Flav chases after her and, as he’s calming her down, she starts to reveal that she still has feelings for Flav. More than friendly feelings. Flav invites her to ride back with him from the shoot.

In the car with Flav, New York explains that it’s very hard for her to be here as Flav’s friend when she’s never stopped loving him. Flav is very nice to her, telling her how special she is, so of course they start making out some. Again, it’s nasty-on-nasty, so not as gross as when he makes out with the cute ones.

Back at the mansion, a few developments worth noting:
#1—New York takes up where Like Dat left off and calls Buckwild out on her Black-cent. New York says that Buckwild sounds ignorant. Buckwild responds that New York looks ignorant. This remark infuriates New York, who immediately starts swinging for Buckwild. The fight is broken up and Flav comes in to regulate. Buckwild surprises us all by revealing that she knows what ignorant means and New York is revealed to be a bit of a bully in front of Flav.

#2—Delishus is talking to New York (these two seem to get along frighteningly well—tranny connection?) and complaining about how fake Krazy is and how she will only break Flav’s heart. Krazy is listening outside the door and decides to confront Delishus who used to be a friend of hers. Krazy comes in and starts yelling at Delishus. Delishus goes all ghetto queen and starts wagging her finger in Krazy’s face. Best part of the fight (which is unresolved) is New York in the back ground laughing like a hyena at the two of them.

#3—A very scantily clad New York and Flav spend the night together. Ooooohhhh . . . .

#4—Krazy tells the other girls that she won’t be kissing Flav anytime soon because she noticed a cold sore on Beautuful’s lip and doesn’t want to catch it. The other women (perhaps being survivors of much worse STD’s) don’t seem too worried about it. Later, when Krazy and Flav are talking in his room, she tells him about Beautuful’s cold sore and he is completely grossed out and a little mad that Krazy didn’t tell him sooner.

Okay, time for eliminations. Flav has brought all the clocks down tonight because he’s still deciding who he wants gone. New York is at his side. First, Delishus, Buckwild, Buckeey, and Bootz get their clocks, leaving Krazy, Nibblez and Beautuful as the three remaining. New York has chosen these three for elimination: Krazy because she doesn’t seem genuine, Nibblez because she’s too trashy and Flav has kids he has to think of, and Beautuful because she’s not aggressive enough. First, Flav agrees with New York and tells Nibblez (real name Dominique) that her time is up. Nibblez will now live in infamy as the only woman kicked off of Flavor of Love for being too slutty. Next, Flav considers Krazy. He’s decided that all of the bad talk about Krazy is rooted in jealousy and he wants her to stay. Finally, he considers Beautuful and decides she needs to go. He tells her that he likes an aggressive woman, but he tells us that the cold sore had something to do with it. Beautuful (real name Kelly Jay) says more outside the mansion than she’s said all season, but it’s not very interesting.

The non-eliminated women are standing around, waiting for the champagne toast, but Flav tells them to hold on. Big Rick brings him a box (that’s cheesily covered in dust) and Flav opens it up to reveal another clock. It’s New York’s old clock and he offers it to her, asking if she wants to rejoin the competition. New York starts crying with joy and says yes. She takes her clock and rejoins the other women. The other women are, needless to say, pissed. Buckwild marches over to Flav and hands in her clock. She says that New York is a crazy person and she can’t be in the house with her. She tells Flav that she disrespects the house by smoking in it and she’s never sure when that woman is going to snap. Magically, her Black-cent has disappeared. Flav calls her out on her disappearing accent and tells her that New York is back to stay. Buckwild (real name Becky) leaves and tells us outside the mansion that she had to go because she just spent $30,000 getting out of jail and, if she stayed, she’d do something to New York that would violate her probation.

So, in summary: Nibblez eliminated for being inappropriate for Flav’s family (WTF?), Beautuful eliminated for being a piece of furniture with a cold sore, New York re-enters the competition, and Buckwild quits out of hatred for New York. A very exciting episode . . . tune in next week where Krazy-hate continues to build and New York is free to lisp her way through as many ‘he’s my man’ speeches as possible.

	I think this show is really mindless and it's another demeaning way to think of a women.......We can have nice things without having to sleep with this Flav thing....Can't be the looks......

	WHAT THE H#LL!!! GET OVER YOUR HATRED TOWARDS NEW YORK! SHE IS AWESOME AND VERY FUNNY! DON'T HATE ON HER BECAUSE SHE IS A B#TCH! I LOVE NEW YORK! SHE IS VERYYYY REAL! I DON'T THINK THAT AMERICA CAN HANDLE HER! ANYWAY, AT LEASE HER BOOBS AREN'T HANGING OUT AND HER A#S IS NOT SHOWING. SHE IS VERY CLASSY IN A BITCHY WAY. SHE IS GREAT! 	everbody i hope new york wins she has been through a lot with this man i think delicous needs to get her teeth fix and take that damm mustache off her face and her and flav dont look right together she is to big and he is to small i i think i saw a episode where she sung to to him and his eyes got filled with water she might have a hidden agenda to because she as been lukewarm to me to and that is to big and her legs in the back of that looks to flabby to me new yorrk on the other hand is nice and small and she is pretty and i love the way she wears her hair and i dont think she is a bitch
