 Eminem divorce case continues on curlio

Love / Relationships The divorce of rapper Eminem and his wife Kim Mathers continued today in Michigan. The case is being referred to a mediator, though the date for mediation has not been set. Both parties are still hoping the divorce terms can be reached amicably.
Eminem's lawyer, Harvey Hauer, and Mathers' lawyer, Michael J. Smith, said they hoped the case would be settled amicably.
Mathers, who is seeking financial support, attorney fees and joint custody of the couple's 10-year-old daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, declined comment on her way out of the courthouse.
The couple remarried at the beginning of the year. The reunion didn't last that long, as they had separated shortly later.
