 Fred Durst given suspended sentence for reckless driving curlio

Legal Stuff Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst was given a 120-day suspended sentence after he pleaded no contest to charges of assault, reckless driving and battery. Durst purposely drove his car into two people last October in Los Angeles.
Durst, who entered the no contest plea on 16 August, was slapped with a restraining order saying he cannot "annoy, harass, strike, threaten or otherwise disturb the peace" of the two victims, whose names were not disclosed.
I think Fred got off light on that incident. I don't know what he was thinking, driving his car into two people. He should have been charged with attempted murder, not just assault and battery.
