Positions

We currently have the following Positions:

Weekend Editors
Editors
Regional Editors

Important Instructions:
First of all, you must be logged into your curlio.com account when you apply for any position.

To apply, you need to give us an example of what you are able to do.
Find a current music news article online. Please include a link to your source article. Type up a nice story based on that article. The story must be in your own words! We do not allow plagiarism here, so any part that you take directly from the original article must be in quotes, or be inside our quote tag. Include your own opinions with the article. Look at the style we use for our articles and try to do something similar to that, but in your own style.

You will always get a reply, whether you are accepted or denied, however anyone who is unable to follow these instructions will be denied automatically. Please note that none of our positions are paid. Everything is voluntary.

Weekend Editors

We specifically need editors who can post about 5 articles every Saturday and Sunday. You can post during the week if you like, but will be required to do weekends.

What we need:
-Able to follow instructions
-Good grasp of the English language
-Some journalist skills
-Likes music
-Has opinions

What we offer:

-Possible exposure to over 5000 visitors each day!

Editors

We need editors who can post an average of 1-4 articles each weekday every month.

What we need:
-Able to follow instructions
-Good grasp of the English language
-Some journalist skills
-Likes music
-Has opinions

What we offer:

-Easy to use posting system - No HTML knowledge necessary
-Staff webboard access
-Possibility of school credit for your work
-Fame, Fortune and Fans ( okay, maybe that is )
-Possible exposure to over 5000 visitors each day!

Regional Editors

We need editors who can post news from their region about once or twice a week, more if possible.

We need these for the following Regions:
Africa
Asia
Australia
Europe
Mexico
Russia
South America

What we need:
-Able to follow instructions
-Good grasp of the English language
-Some journalist skills
-Likes music
-Has opinions
-Keeps in touch with the regional music scene
